What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and engage F&B merchants through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify leads by identifying high-potential merchants based on profile, operational readiness, and SaaS suitability.
  • Book meetings for the outbound sales team, preparing detailed briefing sheets for smooth handovers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Streak.
  • Collaborate closely with the Merchant Sales Team to ensure alignment on lead quality and campaign success.
  • Track, report, and analyze outreach volume, meeting activity, and conversion metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and market trends.

What You Bring:

  • Diploma or higher in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, telesales, or merchant onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, organized work style.
  • Resilience, drive, and a strong sense of ownership in a high-outreach environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Multilingual abilities (Mandarin is a plus) to engage a broader merchant base.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Streak.
