A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop and implement strategies to open new markets and build a solid client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, a technical background, and be motivated to succeed in sales. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for young professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Independently develop and implement sales strategies to open new markets and client accounts.
• Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, EPCs, and end users to build a solid and diverse client base.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth and brand recognition through strategic outreach and market intelligence.
• Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to continuously adapt sales tactics.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with a strong record of developing new customers and markets.
• Have some technical or mechanIcal background.
•Possess ITE,diploma in engineering or its equivalent.
•Young and energetic with a motivation to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
