Description

We are looking for a service-oriented and sales-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will attend to customers’ travel inquiries and requests through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. You will be responsible for providing accurate information on travel visa applications, insurance, and our range of travel packages.

The role also involves actively following up with customers before and after bookings, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will be expected to achieve individual sales targets while supporting the customer service manager with necessary logistical arrangements. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' travel inquiries and requests via phone calls, emails, or in person.

• Provide information on travel visa applications and insurance.

• Follow up with and assist customers regarding inquiries or bookings, both before and after sales.

• Achieve sales targets.

• Assist customer service managers with logistical arrangements as needed.
