As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our client base and project portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensure a smooth project journey from lead to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and developers
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and product demonstrations
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our range of stone products and services
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate sales records and report activities using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Sales experience (experience in the construction, interior design, or materials industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Positive attitude, self-driven, and results-oriented
Possession of a vehicle will be a plus
