Job description

As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue and market expansion by converting qualified leads into long-term subscribers (B2C) and enterprise clients (B2B). You will be instrumental in building a repeatable sales engine that leverages AI-driven personalization and high-trust relationship management, supporting our mission to democratize personal growth and organizational performance across APAC.

Responsibilities

- Identify, source, and qualify prospects via digital outreach, referral networks, and participation in HR Tech/industry events.

- Execute the Amplified Human B2C and B2B sales process:

- Manage inbound/outbound discovery and onboarding for individual professionals and enterprise HR/L&D buyers.

- Lead product presentations/demos focused on ROI, AI-driven features, and measurable business impact.

- Run pilot programs for enterprise accounts, collaborate on user onboarding, and define success metrics.

- Navigate contract negotiations, procurement, and ensure procurement compliance.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate CRM tracking and regular forecasting.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (MRR, conversion, pilot-to-contract rate).

- Build enduring client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for retention, upsell, and advocacy.

- Provide market and customer feedback to help refine product features and go-to-market strategies.

- Stay current with HR tech trends, SaaS sales best practices, and competitor activity.

Requirement

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years’ B2B or B2C SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, EdTech, or Enterprise SaaS industries.

- Demonstrated track record in prospecting, closing, and managing high-value client accounts.

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to translate technology into business value.

- CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

- Results-driven, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, HR analytics, digital learning) a strong plus.

- High integrity, team-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
