Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing activities
Customer relationship management
Maintain up-to-date billing system & customer details
Daily administrative duties (generating quotations, invoices, and reports relating to sales)
Filing, sorting documents & assisting in ad-hoc office jobs whenever necessary
Assist in tender submission, gathering required details and documentation
Sales duties such as pre/post sales meetings, cold-calling, and working closely with the project team to deliver closed deals
Prepare/arrange demo hardware/software for client demonstrations
Requirements
Minimum diploma in a business-related field, with preferred experience in sales, F&B or retail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and manage post-sales inquiries
Pleasant, positive, and willing to learn
Outspoken and confident in speaking to clients, both remotely and in person
Preferred experience in admin, sales, F&B or retail
