Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing clients, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell the company’s products based on customer needs
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within company guidelines
- Plan and organize daily schedules to maximize client visits within assigned territories
- Gather and share client feedback to support product improvements and sales strategy
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit timely sales reports, visit logs, and forecast to management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- 2 years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Target driven personality
