General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have interest and passion in the area of whisky, cocktails, wine, alcohol, and spirits.
- Competent in computer skills including Excel.
- Friendly disposition, outgoing, and sociable.
- Actively source and establish new customer base from bars, retailers, restaurants, hotels, golf, and recreation clubs for the supply of the company’s products.
- Produce plans for suppliers to acquire advertising and promotional funds.
- Achieves sales targets and ensures a timely response to customers’ requests for proposals, quotations, and good follow-up.
- Maintains and develops strong business relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance to achieve or exceed revenue budgets.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Proper follow-up of key customers and existing assigned accounts and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate new contracts and arrangements.
- Manages customers’ payment collection.
- Checks on logistic functions and costs.
- Hosts suppliers and customers.
- Event planning and organization for trade and private clients.
