Over the years, Weng Meng Industries has become one of the most comprehensive total door solutions providers internationally. We have manufactured and installed millions of doorsets, from generic to bespoke, working hard to deliver products that are trusted, highly functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Position Summary

We are looking for energetic individuals as Sales Executive who believe strongly in service excellence to join our organization as we build our Sales Team. The self-motivated and results-oriented individual would be required to handle client enquiries relating to our range of products and provide guidance and solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to)

- Sales of Timber, Metal doors and ironmongery to contractors and sub-contractors

- Development of customer network and maintaining cordial relationship with key customers

- Preparation of tender documents, submission of quotations and attending tender interviews

- Project, quotation tracking and close monitoring of tender results

- Sales forecast report

- Ability to achieve sales target with base gross margin set by The Management

- Identify and create list of potential customers while maintaining sales database.

- Ability to provide technical service support to architects, interior designers, main contractor and developers.

- To achieve KPI and attendance of weekly sales meeting

Requirements

- Diploma in Building, Architecture or Sales & Marketing preferred

- Minimum 2 years’s of work experience in building construction industry

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadline when required.

- Ability to work independently and work as part of a team

- Possess good communications and coordination skills

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
