A leading company in the home interior/appliance industry seeks a dynamic Sales and E-Commerce Executive. This role involves driving sales, managing e-commerce operations, and executing effective marketing strategies. Ideal candidates should possess a strong sales background and experience in e-commerce, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a preference for individuals with experience or knowledge in the home interior /appliance industry. You will be responsible for driving sales through face-to-face interactions, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.
Sales:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct in-person product demonstrations.
Identify opportunities to expand the company's market share.
Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Work closely with internal teams to understand and promote the company's offerings.
E-commerce Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, online marketplaces).
Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
At least 1y experience in e-commerce or sales.
Positive mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivation, strong work ethic, good team player and able to work independently
