Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales enquiries for electrical products such as motors, vortex blowers, switches, and switchgear.
  • Prospect and engage potential customers on the company’s products and services.
  • Develop new business leads through cold calls and email enquiries.
  • Support branch offices in business development efforts and lead generation.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
  • Deliver sales presentations to a variety of prospective clients.
  • Prepare presentation materials for budgeting, including market analysis and competitor studies.
  • Generate sales reports and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales and customer service for industrial components (e.g., aircon compressors) are welcome to apply; experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
