We are seeking driven and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team and drive business growth beyond Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our current customer base and achieving revenue targets in the automotive air-conditioning and compressor industry.
REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with the right aptitude are welcome to apply
Singaporeans and Malaysians preferred
Willing to travel overseas for extended periods and work independently
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and counterparts from Chinese-speaking regions
Ability to speak a third language would be an advantage
PC literate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying changing market demands
Explore and open new markets within the assigned territory
Coordinate with all departments involved in compressors and AC development system, localization of parts, purchasing, production and shipping schedule
Prepare and manage Execution Plans, Mikomi (sales outlook), and Mid-Term Plans for the assigned markets
Forecast monthly sales and shipments to meet customer requirements
Achieve yearly sales targets and gross profit objectives for assigned markets
Liaise with Sanden subsidiaries as needed for cross-border coordination
Provide basic technical support to customers when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
