Job description

The purpose of this role is to propel profitable growth of electronics specialty gases (ESG) revenue for LGS by managing customer accounts and product sales as well as to increase sales with existing customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to changing market conditions to grow the ESG revenue and profit for the country.
  2. Grow the revenue with existing customers for existing and new products and services leveraging relationships with customers. Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position Linde’s offerings.
  3. Develop in-depth knowledge of product value proposition. Familiarize with our products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date in industry news.
  4. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.
  6. Identify and connect with key decision-makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from a commercial and technical perspective.
  7. Engage with customers in supply planning to ensure healthy inventory management.
  8. Manage ESG products responsibility to ensure all local, state, and national regulations are complied with.
  9. Assist in coordinating product, process, or engineering changes, or new product launches with the customer to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.

Required Qualifications/Experiences:

  1. 1-2 years sales or related experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
  2. Fresh graduates in engineering discipline are welcomed to apply.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and senior management.
