Job description

JD:

• According to the company's sales plan, complete the sales tasks for projects, products, data, or industry solutions within the given cycle, including maintaining client relationships, preparing tenders, signing contracts, and following up on payment collection.
• Based on the company’s solutions of indoor positioning, trip optimization and Geo related products, carry out sales and promotion to domestic and overseas industries such as transportation, hospitals, schools, water conservancy, forestry, and environmental protection, opening up new markets, developing new customers, and maintaining existing ones.
• Participate in bidding, business coordination, project negotiations, and project acceptance, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and carry out technical studies for the company’s products and solutions; collect and analyse market information and competitor activities to support business decision-making.
• Provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services; conduct regular user visits to gather feedback on user experience, identify needs, and drive product optimisation and iteration.
• Analyse clients’ business requirements, design solutions or Demo, and, after discussion and confirmation with clients and internal teams, promote R&D and commercial implementation.
• Coordinate the full execution of projects, monitor product development progress, organise testing and delivery, and ensure completion according to schedule with meeting minutes recorded.
• Familiar with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google map, and spatial analysis technologies; possess data processing, analysis, and visualisation skills; and be able to integrate company products to deliver scenario-based application design and implementation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with sales or project management experience, and with complete project delivery cases.
• Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to conduct effective meetings, prepare written reports, and deliver presentations.
• Capable of independently completing projects and achieving sales targets, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong learning ability to quickly understand company products and identify potential client needs.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a pleasant personality, strong customer service awareness, and marketing planning capability.
• Willing to travel, with high job stability, and able to build and maintain resources in government, telecom operators, and large IT enterprises.
• Familiar with GIS application requirements, basic solutions, and technical essentials across different industry scenarios will be in advance.
• Proficient in market research, product planning, solution design, progress tracking, testing and delivery, and full-process project management.
