Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
2. Attend to enquiries from prospective customers.
3. Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.
4. Follow up on Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
5. Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spelled out in the Letter of Offer.
6. Liaise with customers for the signing of Tenancy Agreement and payment of the signing of the stamp duties.
7. Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
