Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and seminars.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements and company objectives.
• Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and tracking expenses.
• Create and distribute event invitations, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticketing and guest lists.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events through various channels.
• Coordinate audiovisual and technical requirements, including stage setup, lighting, and sound.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment or a relevant industry
  • Strong client-centric
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Demonstrable organizational skills, with a good eye for detail
  • Excellent computer knowledge of PC environments with proficiency in Microsoft Word,
