Job description

  • Analyse buyers' data and purchasing behaviour based on customer relationship models.
  • Analyse buyers' feedback, requirements and market sentiments using customer relationship tools for product enhancements.
  • Analyse sales channels using buyers' profiles to guide achievement of sales performance.
  • Analyse technical requirements or non-standard buyer requests.
  • Apply sales targets to guide achievement of sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.
  • Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals.
  • Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles.
  • Conduct negotiation of sale agreements.
  • Identify trades that create value or are beneficial for buyers.
  • Implement enhanced customer acquisition programmes.
  • Implement relationship management programmes by engaging buyers and obtaining support.
  • Initiate working-level relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales objectives.
  • Interpret buyers' overall business cycle to identify buyers' current and future business needs.
  • Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for sales strategy development.
  • Perform follow-up actions to close sales.
  • Perform follow-up actions with other departments to close sales.
  • Provide solutions that meet buyers' technical requirements.
  • Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales targets.
  • Work with others to increase the number of potential buyers.
