Furniture Sales Consultants – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute standard service procedures, including customer reception, order confirmation, follow-up, and after-sales service.
2. Proactively develop client markets online, identify customer needs, provide professional product recommendations and solutions, and assist in gathering market feedback.
3. Achieve individual monthly sales targets and support the team in reaching overall goals.
4. Collaborate with the team in promotional campaigns, product displays, and inventory stocktaking.

Job Requirements:

• Passion for furniture sales with strong market awareness and a proactive attitude.
• Background in design or prior experience in furniture sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
