Duties:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and architects.
- Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build brand awareness and expand client base.
Requiment:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or building materials sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the construction industry (contractors, consultants, developers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
