The work:

The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will:

1. Manage access to tools such as Power BI dashboards and Anaplan.
2. Assess potential system issues and bugs in MS Dynamics, Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan.
3. Correct permissions and access gaps.
4. Train users on tool functionality.
5. Collaborate with teams to prioritize enhancement requests and resolve issues.
6. Promote tool adoption and communicate benefits to end-users.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes.
8. Assist with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics or Power BI.
• Curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in a technical field.
• Understanding of sales processes and technology.
• Project management and quality assurance experience.
• Ability to work remotely in a global environment.
