About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Enrolment Executive to join our new Chinese Enrichment Centre. You will play a key role in promoting our programmes, enrolling students, and supporting centre operations. The ideal candidate is confident, people-oriented, and passionate about education — someone who can build trust with parents and help children embark on a meaningful learning journey.

About Us

Ai Huawen Learning Centre was established in Singapore by a team of educators and AI specialists. The centre is designed specifically for Singapore’s Kindergarten to Primary 6 students, integrating AI technology to enhance Chinese language learning efficiency and to promote Chinese cultural heritage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Promote the centre’s enrichment programmes to prospective parents
• Conduct school tours and consultations with walk-in or scheduled visitors
• Build rapport with parents and follow up on enquiries to maximise enrolment
• Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp queries promptly and professionally

Centre Operations

• Manage registration, class scheduling, and attendance tracking
• Provide administrative support to teachers and centre manager
• Prepare enrolment reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Support marketing efforts such as events, roadshows, and social media promotions

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Early Childhood, or related field
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (education industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese-speaking families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with strong initiative and follow-up skills
