We are hiring an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to support our expanding Singapore engineering hub. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and eager to grow their impact in a globally distributed engineering environment. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of custom software and platform initiatives. Your work will span programs that enable everything from AI-readiness and internal workflow automation to developer enablement and system reliability—helping us deliver better tools, faster insights, and scalable infrastructure to teams across the business.

Description

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate technical programs across internal tools, custom software applications, platform services, and data infrastructure- Manage execution tracking, timelines, risk identification, and stakeholder updates for active initiatives- Support day-to-day project operations including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking- Act as a liaison between Singapore and our US-based team and global stakeholders, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely handoffs- Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align priorities and unblock progress- Maintain clear, organized documentation for plans, status updates, decisions, and retrospectives- Help evolve collaboration and operating rhythms within the Singapore hub as it grows

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in program or project management within a software engineering or technical organization
  • Proven track record coordinating complex technical projects, especially internal-facing applications or platform work
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong ownership over timelines, risks, and communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially across time zones
  • Familiarity with common project tracking, documentation, and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience working directly with engineers and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing programs for custom internal tools, business systems, or developer productivity solutions
  • Exposure to data platform, AI/ML enablement, or infrastructure-related programs
  • Familiarity with agile/hybrid development methodologies and lightweight reporting practices (velocity, OKRs, dashboards)
  • Prior experience supporting globally distributed teams or operating in a regional hub model
  • Comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
