Job Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a key representative of the company, with in-depth knowledge of the products and solutions.

  • Research and understand customer needs, identifying how our offerings can best address their requirements.

  • Develop, support, and motivate local partners and distributors through training, guidance, and relationship-building.

  • Contribute to company growth by setting strategic sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future results.

  • Continuously enhance leadership, coaching, and sales capabilities to support revenue and growth targets.

  • Generate new business leads and nurture long-term client relationships to drive sales performance.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the distributor and customer base.

  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders-including project owners, consultants, and contractors-to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Organize and lead product seminars, technical training sessions, and promotional events.

  • Manage and support partners/distributors to ensure targets are met, with daily check-ins to align goals and monitor progress.

  • Prepare and oversee monthly sales reports, delivery forecasts, and manage year-end closing processes.

    Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales of electrical installation products

  • Proven track record in design and specification work within the building and construction industry, including close collaboration with consultants
