The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our welding machines and equipment within a designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical expertise to recommend the best welding solutions.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for welding machines and equipment. Identify and qualify leads, prospect new customers, and maintain existing customer relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our welding machines. Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including recommending welding solutions based on their specific requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the welding industry. Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
