An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth through innovative engineering solutions. In this role, you will generate leads, foster long-term client relationships, and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. Collaborating closely with clients, you will customize solutions that meet their evolving needs while ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads, schedule meetings to introduce solutions, and build a solid pipeline of potential clients.
Foster long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support, staying engaged, and ensuring that solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
Collaborate with clients to co-develop customized engineering solutions, ensuring that we address both their technical and business requirements.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and business development to deal closure and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts, support client needs, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Regularly update clients on new products, services, or enhancements that can provide added value to their business operations.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders that meet the specific requirements of each client.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
Strong sales skills (up-sell, cross-sell, and problem-solving).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
