Job description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company, is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities:

1. Introduce and share information on the company's products and services to new and existing customers.
2. Support pre-sale and post-sale activities.
3. Develop long-term customer relationships and maximize customer retention.
4. Attend to and follow up with customers to ensure service delivery standards are met, achieving total customer satisfaction.
5. Handle customer complaints, negotiate, and follow up on purchase orders.
6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
7. Work independently with minimal supervision.
8. On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry or LED/LCD industry.
