Sales Engineer (Semiconductor industry)

Job Description:
- Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
- Align with and execute the company’s sales strategy to target the right customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly basis and provide visit reports.
- Participate in weekly management discussions to review, refine, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and address customer challenges or special requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in backend semiconductor testing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective and confident presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
