Role (1): Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager (Semiconductor Industry)
Role (2): Business Development Manager (Contract logistics)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry vertical.
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, product) to deliver on client requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Relevant work experience within similar industry (Semiconductor / Contract logistics)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer focused.
