  • Location: East

  • Role (1): Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager (Semiconductor Industry)

  • Role (2): Business Development Manager (Contract logistics)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry vertical.

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, product) to deliver on client requirements.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development

  • Relevant work experience within similar industry (Semiconductor / Contract logistics)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
