Job description

A leading provider of advanced technology solutions, specializing in semiconductor testing, automation, and precision engineering. The company delivers high-quality services to customers across various industries, including electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, aerospace, and oil & gas industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Foster long-term trust and collaboration by building and maintaining positive, professional connections with customers.
  • Align with and execute the company's sales strategy to effectively target and engage the right customer segments.
  • Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly basis and provide detailed visit reports.
  • Actively participate in weekly management discussions to assess, refine, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and address customer challenges or specific requirements, offering customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Back-End Semiconductor testing is highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Process or Application Engineer in Semiconductor Back-End industry, looking to transition to a commercial role may be considered.
  • Possess good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
