• Prepare and manage sales-related documents including quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of sales documents in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, including attending meetings, monitoring project progress, and addressing follow-up matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as project coordinators and site personnel to support the execution of confirmed projects.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and department heads as required.
• Identify and highlight potential project risks or issues in a timely manner to facilitate proactive resolution and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirement:

• Relevant experience as Sales engineer will have added advantage
