Responsibilities:
- Handle outdoor sales activities, including attending site visits, sales meetings, and providing technical advice.
- Review customer requirements and prepare relevant quotes.
- Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide engineering and technical support to customers.
- Prepare for pre-sales activities and conduct after-sales follow-up services.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Marine, Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Proficient in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Time Management, MYOB.
- Preferably a Junior Executive in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or similar.
- Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills; customer-driven.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Willing to travel.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license; owning a car is preferred.
