Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle outdoor sales activities, including attending site visits, sales meetings, and providing technical advice.
  2. Review customer requirements and prepare relevant quotes.
  3. Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  4. Develop sales strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
  5. Provide engineering and technical support to customers.
  6. Prepare for pre-sales activities and conduct after-sales follow-up services.
  7. Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Marine, Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in English.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  4. Skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Time Management, MYOB.
  5. Preferably a Junior Executive in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or similar.
  6. Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills; customer-driven.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Strong desire to succeed in sales.
  10. Willing to travel.
  11. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license; owning a car is preferred.
