Overview

Position: Sales Engineer - MUST HAVE CAR • Location: Near Tai Seng MRT • Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm • Duration: Permanent • Industry: Vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors - MNC • Salary: Up to $6000 Gross (Up to $5200 Basic + Transport allowance) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of pumps, systems, parts, and services in Singapore.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets set by the General Manager.
• Lead the sales team in penetrating key markets (e.g., Food Processing, Hospitals, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor).
• Develop and grow key accounts; meet KPIs and sales goals.
• Support training and development of the sales team.
• Coordinate daily sales activities, inquiries, and customer engagement.
• Assist in sales forecasting and achieving monthly/yearly turnover targets.
• Track sales performance and report on progress and opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis across Singapore and SE Asia.
• Handle sales inquiries, generate proposals, and provide technical solutions.
• Identify and follow up on leads and quotations.
• Conduct product/application training sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience (Electronics, Semiconductor, Biomedical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma sectors).
• Pump knowledge/field experience is a plus but not required.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
