Salary: Basic up to $3800 + Quarterly Bonus + Monthly Incentive

Job description:
Our client is a leading provider of fluid system solutions in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth: Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related science/technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Refinery sectors in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
