A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage client relationships and provide technical support for mechanical and automation products. The role involves conducting presentations and after-sales support. Candidates should possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings. The position offers a salary of up to $4,500 plus transport allowance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Provide expert advice and technical support on the use and functionality of mechanical and automation products.
Follow up on inquiries, feedback, and provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand market reach.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions based on client specifications.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and performance reports for internal review.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and technology updates to maintain competitive positioning.
Working Details:
Basic Salary: Up to $4,500 (Based on experience), plus Transport Allowance
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Kaki Bukit
Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving license and own vehicle.
Willing to travel for client meetings and project coordination.
