Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the marine/offshore/oil & gas industry.
• Experience with 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines required.
• Strong technical knowledge to understand engineering solutions.

Salary: Basic up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance (Min. $800) + AWS + Bonus
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the marine and offshore sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry, and be comfortable with both local and international client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine and offshore sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and provide customized solutions to meet client requirements
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
• Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide after-sales support when necessary
• Travel overseas as required for business development and client servicing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the marine/offshore/oil & gas industry (MUST HAVE)
• Possess experience with 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines
• Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand engineering solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
