KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and expand the analytical chemistry (Titration, Karl Fischer, Density, Refractometry, UV-Vis) business in Singapore for specific segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussions with customers to post-sales support.
- Support and respond efficiently to customer's technical inquiries and quotations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects.
- Continuously learn about products, technical knowledge, and selling skills to provide premium service that differentiates Mettler-Toledo from competitors.
- Achieve sales-related KPIs including sales targets and visit targets.
- Use CRM (SAP) for generating commercial quotations.
- Undertake initiative activities and duties necessary for business advancement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Required skills include sales and laboratory experience (preferred).
- Specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
