1. Provide sales and technical assistance to customers regarding the appropriate use of products to ensure optimal performance, including:

• Maintenance and continuous monitoring of product performance

• Assistance with setup and configuration of products, including drawing simulation

• Operational support and troubleshooting

• Providing advice and information to customers upon request or at the discretion of the Service Engineer

1. Gather and report product-related information through service activities, including:

• Performance, defect, yield, and other technical issues

• Customer requirements, opinions, claims, and remarks regarding products or their performance

• Additional information requested by the company related to products

Requirements:

• JLPT N3 level or above for communication with Japanese-speaking headquarters and customers

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field

• Experience with semiconductors is advantageous but not necessary

• Self-motivated, action/results-oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technically excellent products
