Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales and Technical Support: Provide comprehensive sales and technical assistance to customers regarding the appropriate use of Products to ensure optimal performance. This includes:
   1. Maintenance and continuous monitoring of Products' performance.
   2. Assistance with setup, including drawing simulation.
   3. Operational support and troubleshooting.
   4. Providing advice or information upon customer request or at the discretion of the Service Engineer.
2. Information Gathering: Collect and report technical information through service activities, including:
   1. Performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
   2. Customer requirements, opinions, claims, and remarks regarding Products.
   3. Additional information requested by the company related to Products.

Requirements

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level is required for communication with Head Office Engineers and report translation.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with Semiconductors is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, action/results-oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence in products.
