Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed sales targets, forecasts, and profitability goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal sales, and service teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.
• Promote valve and control products through training sessions, marketing programs, and field visits.
• Collaborate with internal sales specialists to strengthen value propositions.
• Spot and develop additional sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering with at least 3–5 years of sales experience in marine, oil & gas, petrochemical, or chemical sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and problem-solve.
• Technical sales experience in the valves industry is a plus.
