Job Summary

As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and technical product knowledge. You will play a key role in supporting business growth through customer engagement, sales initiatives, and market research while developing the skills required for a long-term career in sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Deliver sales pitches and product presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Provide comprehensive sales and after-sales support.

  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or System & Control Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a team-oriented approach.

  • Microsoft: Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Added Advantages:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant technical sales experience in oil & gas, chemical, and/or related process industries.

  • Mobility: Possession of a Class 3 driving license / Own transportation for customer visits.
