Job Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting technical solutions with customer needs. This role blends relationship management, solution selling, and market development, giving you exposure to both local and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and maximise new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend tender site shows, assess site conditions, and prepare tender proposals.
  • Analyse market growth potential and competition for assigned products and systems.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Conceptualise and generate technical write-ups, articles, and white papers for promotional purposes.
  • Collaborate with Technical and Project teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Maintain sound technical and application knowledge of assigned products and systems.
  • Conduct product training and presentations to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or relevant qualifications.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development in Industrial IoT, Control & Automation will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel regionally for work.
