  • Promote and position generator products to match client needs and project requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Support technical clarification and respond to tenders and RFQs.
  • Track and follow up on project developments from initial design through to execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Maintain updated records of all customer interactions, project details, and sales reports.

Position Title: Sales Engineer – Generator (Datacenter Segment)

️EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED️

Basic Functions

Responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities in the data center sector. This includes supporting new business development and managing existing client accounts to drive generator sales and projects.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users within the data center segment.

  • Identify project-based sales opportunities through market intelligence and networking.

  • Promote and position generator products to match client needs and project requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product solutions to clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure project deliverables are met.

  • Support technical clarification and respond to tenders and RFQs.

  • Track and follow up on project developments from initial design through to execution.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.

  • Maintain updated records of all customer interactions, project details, and sales reports.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing activities to increase product visibility.

  • Carry out other relevant tasks related to generator sales as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in generator systems or power-related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of generator systems and applications in data centers.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willing to travel for business as required.
