Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong rapport with dealers, contractors, and consultants to promote sales
• Preparation of quotations, costings, catalogues and technical data to provide to customers
• Coordinate credit application for new customers
• Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedules and ensure goods are delivered on schedule
• Attend site meetings, address customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
• Any other duties as assigned by superior
