Job description

• Generate new clients and maintain existing clients
• Arrange for zoom/appointments to introduce company with sales presentation
• Handle customer’s enquiries
• Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure client’s requirements is met
• Prepare costing, tenders, proposals and quotations
• Maintain updated record of business transactions with clients and suppliers
• Responds to client’s complaints and feedbacks
• Provide after sales/technical support to clients
• Refer technical issues to Engineer Specialist if it is beyond the current team’s expertise
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Min. 2 year of related work experience
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Location: Tagore
• Salary: up to $6000 + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
