A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to enhance customer relationships and drive sales initiatives. This role involves preparing proposals and managing order processes to ensure successful project completions. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales engineering or technical sales, showcasing strong electrical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to the following:
Contacting new / potential customers and developing relationship
Meet customers and make routine follow up to generate enquiries
Prepare proposals and sales quotations; assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders
Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions
Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Sales Manager / Director
Ensure good relations are maintained with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
Possess good electrical knowledge
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Others:
Basic salary + sales commission + sales incentive
