Sales Engineer cum Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in market expansion through the promotion and sales of the company's products and services.
• Track and ensure sales targets are met and profitable.
• Conduct customer-user training as part of after-sales services to minimize downtime of equipment.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain decontamination and other equipment to ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Understand and comply with safety procedures of Bio-Engineering.
• Follow the implemented safe work policies, procedures, and instructions for field/project operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.
• Exposure to lab equipment and processes in biopharma/pharma industries is an advantage.
• Independent, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Preferably one year of related work experience.

Training:

• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Safety training on hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk management.
