Qualifications

  • Diplôme en ingénierie requis, de préférence en ingénierie mécanique.

Job description

Our Client is a leading provider of air compressor solutions, serving industries such as manufacturing, energy, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions for air compressor systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Provide technical support during the sales and post-sales process.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the compressor industry.
  • Strong understanding of air compressor systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
