A leading air-conditioning solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to enhance service contract sales and provide comprehensive customer support. This role includes planning and achieving sales targets, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants should have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales orientation. Business travel within the Asean-Oceania region may be required.

Responsibilities:
Service Contract Sales & Admin
Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
Develop new account while maintaining existing account
Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
Prepare costing and contract quote
Prepare sales report
Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints
Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales effort
Follow up & collection payment
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Consulting Sales/ Solution Business
Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
To generate new customer list with existing customer base
Create value to customer with Daikin's solution
Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
Establish and maintain strong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promote sales
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
National Accounts / Project Sales / Applied Sales
Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
Collection and follow up of payment
Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
