A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to perform telemarketing and cold calling. The role requires a Diploma in engineering and experience in data centers or semiconductors. Responsibilities include contacting clients, handling inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a salary range of SGD 3,000 - 3,500 plus bonuses, with a 5-day work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and quarterly review and budget.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal coordinators to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Identifying opportunities for the company, managing relationships with potential partners and creating business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Understand company’s product positioning and keep tabs on competitors.
