Formlabs is looking for a smart team player for our expansion in Singapore. If you can understand complex technology, navigate an industry that is evolving at lightning speed, product vertical, application, and thrive under ambiguous objectives, join us as our Sales Engineer for Singapore.

The Job:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Formlabs’ products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor to channel partners and customers throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide pre-sales application support and manage sample part production to highlight product capabilities and accelerate decision-making.
  • Qualify and validate sales leads in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities in support of business goals and joint initiatives.

You:

  • Previously worked in a technical support role
  • Speak, read, and write fluently in English and at least one other Asian language (e.g. Japanese/Korean/Chinese)
  • Are knowledgeable in CAD manipulation and design (Solidworks, Creo, Rhino,etc)
  • Excel in storytelling and presenting, thriving in both small and large audience settings to captivate and convert leads.
  • Possesses analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming challenges and driving tangible results.
  • Have a history of customer-facing roles, including experience in establishing trust and rapport with customers.
  • Have 3D printing knowledge (preferred, not required)
  • Are a team player
  • Are open to frequent travel across the region
